The Wynnewood Swim Team competes in the Raritan Valley Swim League against other local summer clubs. We strive to create a fun environment where swimmers of any level can become more diverse athletes, all while enjoying competing and improving their swim skills.
 

The team practices every weekday, beginning in mid-June through the end of July. The team participates in 2-3 meets per week during July.  The season culminates in two meets to qualify for championships, the championship meet and a swim team picnic where swimmers receive participation medals and other awards. Anyone 17 years old or younger may join the team.  Please take note of the following race types your child will be working on when participating on the Wynnewood Swim Team:

    * Ages 6 or younger:  Race one lap freestyle, preferably without a bubble
    * Ages  7-8:  Race one lap of freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, breaststroke, butterfly
    * Ages 9-10:​  Race one lap of all four strokes; may also race a 100 IM (4 laps, one of   each  stroke)
    * Ages 11-17:  Race two laps of all four strokes; also race a 100 IM.
